Harvest in Santar
There are times of the year when the landscape changes its rhythm. In September, Santar experiences the time of the vineyard more than ever — when the vine, the wine, and the gestures of the land meet at the table and become part of the memory of those who experience them.
For three days, we invite you to discover this season up close, amidst the landscape, the flavors of the region, and moments designed for simply being present and taking your time.

Friday, September 11th
Welcome to Santar
The experience begins at the Valverde Santar Hotel & Spa, with a welcome inspired by the grape harvest season.
Throughout the afternoon, an intimate conversation with a guest personality opens up space to discover different perspectives on the territory, culture, gastronomy, or well-being.
Later, the program continues through the gardens of Santar Vila Jardim, on a walk through history and landscape, ending with a wine tasting.
The evening is free to be enjoyed at your own pace, with special suggestions inspired by the grape harvest season.

Saturday, September 12th
Experiencing the Vineyards of Dão
The morning begins in the vineyard. Join the team and discover firsthand the work that goes into creating each wine, following the grape's journey from the vine to the winery.
Then, the landscape becomes the setting for a picnic among the vines, followed by a free afternoon to unwind, whether by the pool, the spa, the gardens, or simply to relax and let time pass.
DINNER AMONG THE VINEYARDS
A table nestled among the vines. The landscape. The wine. Chef Inês Beja proposes a dinner designed around the flavors of the season, accompanied by a selection of wines from the region. More than just dinner, it's a moment to experience the vineyard in a different way—at the table, in the place where it all begins.
