Conditions

General
All experiences are subject to limited availability and require 48 to 72 hours' advance booking. Experiences involving gastronomy, due to their personalized nature, may require a longer reservation period.

Reservations
The booking of activities is only considered accepted after receiving an email with this confirmation or directly by telephone with the Reception team (Email: info.santar@valverdeliving.com - Telephone: +351 232 394 800)

Prices
The values shown are per person and include VAT at the legal rate in force, except in situations clearly specified in the different activities.

Cancellation
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the activity. For gastronomic experiences, a 50% deposit will be required at the time of booking, which is non-refundable.

Meteorology
Outdoor activities are subject to weather conditions. If these weather conditions are adverse and jeopardize the safety of the activity, it may be canceled.
