# Spa Etiquette

 
##### BOOKING TREATMENTS

Treatments must be booked in advance at the Spa reception, by telephone or e-mail.

##### BOOKING TREATMENTS OUTSIDE SPA HOURS

Appointments for treatments outside the spa's opening hours are made subject to availability and at least 48 hours in advance. These appointments can only be made directly at the spa. If you do not show up or cancel your treatment less than 48 hours in advance, there will be no refund.

##### MEDICAL CONDITION

If you suffer from any kind of illness, are taking medication or are pregnant, please inform the spa staff immediately. Some treatments may not be recommended.

##### MINIMUM AGE

Children under the age of 16 may not use the Spa, unless accompanied by their parents, between 12:00pm and 3:00pm

##### WHAT TO WEAR

Our spa provides bathrobes and slippers while you enjoy your experience. You can come directly from your room with a bathrobe for added comfort.

##### Cancellations and refunds

Treatments purchased in programs are non-refundable. A full refund of the treatment is only applicable when the cancellation is made no later than 42 hours in advance. A 50% penalty will be charged if the treatment is cancelled less than 42 hours in advance. In the event of a no-show, the entire treatment will be charged.

##### Spa check-in

Check-in must be 15 minutes before the scheduled treatment, late arrival will limit your experience.

##### SILENCE

Your stay at the Spa is a relaxing experience. Please reduce noise and conversation in the treatment area. We ask that you turn off your cell phone at the entrance to the Spa. It is strictly forbidden to make telephone calls in the treatment area.
