# Restaurant SÍTIO Santar

 
Inspired by the landscape that surrounds it, SÍTIO Santar celebrates the flavours, traditions and rhythms of the Dão through a contemporary approach to Portuguese cuisine. More than a restaurant, it is a meeting point between garden, vineyard and table, where nature sets the pace and each season leaves its mark. Every dish reflects an authentic connection to the land, the people and the identity of the region.

The culinary vision of SÍTIO Santar is shaped by Chef Inês Beja, whose cuisine is deeply rooted in the traditions and products of the Dão. Drawing inspiration from local heritage and seasonal ingredients, she brings a thoughtful and contemporary perspective to Portuguese gastronomy, creating dishes that honour their origins while embracing creativity, simplicity and flavour.
